For international customers, shipping rates are calculated based on location.
All orders will be fulfilled same day and packages are sent via UPS (US) or DHL (international).
Returns
We accept free returns on all products in unworn and/or undamaged condition within 30 days of the purchase date. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. A credit to the original form of payment will be issued when verified by our staff. Please contact us in order to initiate a return.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. You can return your online and instore purchase to our company owned Kacper Shoes Retail Store (Schaumburg, IL) for free.
Independent retailers that carry Kacper shoes do not accept returns from kacperglobalshoes.com.
Please bring the following items with you when returning to our store:
- Order confirmation/receipt
- The merchandise in unworn condition and in the original box
We will contact you if we receive a return that has been damaged or worn and will return this item to you.
Warrantee
We offer a 30-day manufacturer warrantee for all products. If any product damage incurred during "standard" use and falls in the 30-day warrantee window, you will be issued store credit equal to the value of the transaction of the defective product. In this rare case of a manufacture defect, please contact us. All inquiries and damage will be evaluated by our staff.
